Elite IQ Laser
Resurface & Repair
The Elite iQ is a dual-wavelength laser platform (755nm Alexandrite + 1064nm Nd:YAG) that targets a wide range of pigmentation and vascular concerns. The Skintel Melanin Reader — the first FDA-cleared melanin reading device — objectively measures your skin's melanin content to optimize treatment settings for your individual skin tone, making it one of the safest and most precise laser systems available.

How it works
The 755nm Alexandrite wavelength targets melanin in pigmented lesions and hair follicles — ideal for sun spots and hair removal on lighter skin tones. The 1064nm Nd:YAG wavelength targets oxyhemoglobin in vascular lesions and deeper tissue — effective for redness, rosacea, spider veins, and hair removal on darker skin tones. Both wavelengths stimulate collagen production for skin rejuvenation.
Who is it for?
Sun spots, age spots, freckles; redness and rosacea; spider veins and vascular lesions; uneven skin tone; skin rejuvenation; all skin tones (with appropriate wavelength selection); nail fungus (1064nm).
Who is it not for?
Active tan or recent sun exposure (wait 4 weeks); pregnancy; photosensitizing medications; active skin infection; history of keloid scarring.

Build Your Protocol
Your skin has more than one concern. Your protocol should too.
Is Elite IQ laser safe for darker skin tones?
Yes. The 1064nm Nd:YAG wavelength is specifically designed for darker skin tones and safely bypasses surface melanin to target deeper tissue. The Skintel Melanin Reader further customizes settings for your exact skin tone, eliminating guesswork.
What does treatment feel like?
A brief rubber band snap sensation with each pulse. The device has a contact cooling tip that touches your skin before each pulse. Most patients find it very tolerable. Sessions are quick.
How many sessions do I need for sun spots?
Most pigmentation concerns respond in 1–3 sessions. Vascular concerns (rosacea, spider veins) typically need 3–5 sessions. Skin rejuvenation protocols are usually 3–6 sessions. We assess your response after each treatment.
