Radiesse

Lift & Tighten

Radiesse is a calcium hydroxyapatite (CaHA) dermal filler that provides both immediate volume restoration and long-term collagen stimulation. Unlike hyaluronic acid fillers that only add volume, Radiesse's CaHA microspheres act as a scaffold that stimulates your body's own collagen and elastin production — results that continue improving and last significantly longer.

How it works

Radiesse is injected into target areas to immediately restore volume and structural support. Over time, the CaHA microspheres trigger a fibroplasia response — stimulating fibroblasts to produce new collagen and elastin around the microspheres. As CaHA gradually resorbs (over 12–18 months), the newly formed collagen provides sustained support.

Who is it for?

Volume loss in cheeks, temples, or jawline; structural support for sagging lower face; hand rejuvenation; patients wanting longer-lasting results than HA fillers; those who have responded well to fillers previously.

Who is it not for?

Pregnancy or breastfeeding; allergy to any component; active infection in treatment area; bleeding disorders; patients seeking subtle, easily reversible results (Radiesse is not dissoluble with hyaluronidase).

Build Your Protocol

Your skin has more than one concern. Your protocol should too.

How is Radiesse different from regular fillers?

Most fillers (HA-based) add volume and dissolve within 6–12 months. Radiesse adds volume immediately AND stimulates your own collagen production — results last 12–18 months or longer. It's particularly effective for structural areas like cheeks and jawline.

Is Radiesse reversible?

Unlike HA fillers, Radiesse cannot be dissolved with hyaluronidase. This is why proper technique and provider experience are essential. We perform thorough assessments before every treatment to ensure appropriate placement.

Does Radiesse hurt?

Radiesse is pre-mixed with lidocaine for comfort. We also apply Target Cool cryotherapy before injection to minimize pain and reduce bruising. Most patients find the procedure very manageable.
