RE20 (Elravie RE20) is a Korean ECM (Extracellular Matrix) skin booster — the first aesthetic injectable that directly supplements the skin's extracellular matrix rather than simply stimulating collagen or adding hydration. How is RE20 different from Rejuran or Juvelook?
Rejuran (PDRN) stimulates collagen through cellular signaling. Juvelook (PDLLA+HA) provides collagen stimulation plus immediate hydration. RE20 works at a more foundational level — restoring the extracellular matrix scaffold that all other skin components depend on. Patients who have tried other boosters and reached a plateau often see dramatic improvement with RE20 because it addresses what those treatments cannot.
Can I use RE20 with my energy treatments like OligioX or laser?
Yes — RE20 pairs very well with energy-based devices and is considered a 'foundation treatment' in Korean aesthetic medicine. By restoring the ECM first, energy devices work more effectively. Space RE20 at least 2 weeks from any energy-based treatment.
Is RE20 safe?
