Ultherapy
Lift & Tighten
Ultherapy is the only FDA-cleared non-invasive treatment specifically indicated for lifting the face, neck, and décolletage. It uses micro-focused ultrasound with visualization (MFU-V) to deliver energy precisely to the SMAS layer — the same deep structural layer addressed in a surgical facelift — without incisions or anesthesia.

How it works
Focused ultrasound energy bypasses the skin surface and delivers precise thermal coagulation points at depths of 1.5mm, 3mm, and 4.5mm. Real-time ultrasound imaging allows your provider to see the tissue layers being treated — ensuring energy goes exactly where it needs to. This triggers immediate collagen contraction and a sustained collagen-building response over 3–6 months.
Who is it for?
Mild to moderate brow heaviness, jawline softening, or neck laxity; patients in their 30s–50s seeking non-surgical lifting; those maintaining results after surgical procedures; patients who want natural, gradual improvement.
Who is it not for?
Severe skin laxity (surgery may be more appropriate); open skin lesions or active acne in the treatment area; pregnancy; metal implants or pacemakers in the treatment area.

Build Your Protocol
Your skin has more than one concern. Your protocol should too.
Is Ultherapy painful?
You'll feel heat and a brief tingling deep in the tissue — that's the energy working. Numbing cream is applied beforehand, and your provider adjusts settings throughout to keep you comfortable. The experience varies by individual sensitivity and area treated.
How is Ultherapy different from OligioX?
Ultherapy uses focused ultrasound reaching the SMAS layer (deeper than OligioX's RF). It's best for brow, chin, and neck lifting. OligioX uses radiofrequency and is more comfortable — better for overall tightening, pore improvement, and texture. Many patients benefit from both.
When will I see results?
Some patients notice an initial tightening within a few weeks. Most see significant improvement at month 3, with continued improvement through month 6. Results can last 1–2 years depending on skin condition and lifestyle.
