Auto Accident Injury Care
Injured in an accident? Don't wait.
Auto accidents — even at low speeds — can cause significant musculoskeletal injury, particularly to the cervical spine (whiplash), soft tissue, and nervous system. Symptoms often worsen in the days following the accident as inflammation peaks. Early, comprehensive treatment not only accelerates recovery but creates the medical documentation essential for any personal injury claim. We accept PIP (Personal Injury Protection) insurance and work with personal injury attorneys.

How it works
Your initial evaluation includes a thorough history of the accident and symptom onset, orthopedic and neurological examination, and assessment of all injured structures. A documented treatment plan is established using chiropractic, physical medicine, acupuncture, massage, and any other indicated therapies. Progress is reassessed regularly and documented throughout your care — providing the medical record needed for insurance and legal purposes.
Who is it for?
Anyone injured in an auto accident, regardless of fault; patients with delayed-onset symptoms; those whose symptoms were dismissed by the ER; patients needing ongoing documentation for a personal injury claim.
Who is it not for?
Injuries requiring emergency surgical intervention (we will refer appropriately); spinal fractures requiring immobilization (modified care available after stabilization).
Session Time
Initial: 60–90 min; follow-up: 30–45 min
Down Time
None from treatment — recovery from injury varies
Results?
Progressive with consistent care
Peak Results
Most acute injuries resolve with 6–12 weeks of appropriate care
How long does it last?
Most patients achieve full or near-full recovery with appropriate treatment
How many sessions?
Typically 2–3x/week initially; determined by injury severity
Build Your Protocol
Your body has more than one concern. Your protocol should too.
Should I see a doctor before coming to a chiropractor after an accident?
If you have any concern about serious injury (loss of consciousness, severe head injury, suspected fracture), the ER is the right first stop. For soft tissue, spinal, and musculoskeletal injuries — which represent the vast majority of auto accident cases — chiropractic and physical medicine are highly appropriate first-line care.
Do I need a lawyer?
That's your decision — we work with patients regardless. We do work cooperatively with personal injury attorneys and can provide the medical documentation needed to support a claim. We do not provide legal advice.
What if I don't have insurance or my claim is pending?
We accept PIP (Personal Injury Protection) insurance and work on a lien basis with personal injury attorneys in many cases. Contact us to discuss your specific situation — we want to make sure you receive care regardless of the paperwork.
