Posture & Ergonomic Support

Getting you back to full function — not just pain-free

Poor posture and ergonomics are among the most common — and most overlooked — drivers of chronic musculoskeletal pain. Forward head posture, anterior pelvic tilt, and poor workstation setup create constant low-grade stress on the spine and joints that accumulates over time. We assess your posture, identify contributing factors, and provide practical correction strategies — including custom orthotics and therapeutic pillows where appropriate.

How it works

A thorough postural analysis identifies deviations from neutral spinal alignment and the movement patterns reinforcing them. We map these findings to your daily activities — work setup, sleep position, exercise habits — and provide specific corrections. Custom orthotics are prescribed when foot biomechanics are contributing to your pain. Therapeutic cervical or lumbar pillows are recommended based on your sleeping position and spine curves.

Who is it for?

Anyone with chronic pain related to posture or repetitive positioning; desk workers with neck or upper back pain; patients with forward head posture or rounded shoulders; those with foot-related biomechanical issues contributing to knee, hip, or back pain.

Who is it not for?

N/A — postural assessment and ergonomic guidance are appropriate for virtually all patients.

Build Your Protocol

Your body has more than one concern. Your protocol should too.

Do custom orthotics really make a difference?

Yes — for the right patient. Foot mechanics significantly influence the alignment of the knee, hip, pelvis, and spine. When foot pronation or supination is a contributing factor to your pain pattern, custom orthotics can make a meaningful difference that generic insoles cannot replicate.

What kind of pillow do you recommend?

It depends on your sleeping position and your cervical curve. We assess your neck curvature and sleep position, then recommend a therapeutic pillow designed to maintain proper cervical alignment throughout the night — a significant factor in morning neck stiffness and headaches.

Can posture correction help with headaches?

Yes — cervicogenic headaches originating in the neck are directly related to cervical posture and upper cervical joint function. Correcting forward head posture and releasing upper cervical restrictions often significantly reduces headache frequency.
