BPC-157 & TB-500 (Recovery & Healing)
Precision signaling for healing, performance & longevity
BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound) and TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4) are two of the most clinically studied regenerative peptides available. BPC-157 is a 15-amino acid peptide derived from a protective protein found in gastric juice — it promotes angiogenesis (new blood vessel formation), accelerates tendon and ligament repair, reduces neuroinflammation, and provides powerful gut healing properties. TB-500 is a synthetic version of Thymosin Beta-4, a naturally occurring peptide involved in cell migration, tissue repair, and systemic anti-inflammatory signaling. Together they form a 'recovery stack' that addresses healing at both the local and systemic level.

How it works
BPC-157 upregulates growth hormone receptors and promotes the formation of new blood vessels in damaged tissue — accelerating healing in tendons, ligaments, muscle, gut lining, and neural tissue. It also modulates the dopamine and serotonin systems, which is why it shows benefit in gut-brain axis conditions. TB-500 promotes actin polymerization — the cellular mechanism underlying tissue repair and cell migration — and has systemic anti-inflammatory and flexibility-improving properties. Both are typically administered via subcutaneous injection or oral/nasal routes depending on the target tissue.
Who is it for?
Athletes with tendon or ligament injuries; chronic joint pain unresponsive to other treatments; gut conditions (leaky gut, IBD, GERD); post-surgical healing acceleration; patients with chronic soft tissue injuries; anyone wanting to enhance recovery from training or injury.
Who is it not for?
Active cancer (growth-promoting properties require caution); pregnancy; patients on immunosuppressive therapy (discuss with provider). Note: BPC-157 and TB-500 are research peptides — not FDA-approved for medical use. Full informed consent discussion at consultation.

How long does it last?
Protocol-dependent — typically 8–12 week cycles
How many sessions?
Daily or every other day injections for 8–12 week cycle
Are BPC-157 and TB-500 FDA approved?
No — they are research peptides available through compounding pharmacies. They are not FDA-approved for medical use, which means the decision to use them is made between you and your provider after a thorough informed consent discussion about the evidence, risks, and benefits. The research base is substantial, but they remain off-label treatments.
How are they administered?
Most commonly via subcutaneous injection using small insulin needles — similar to self-administering insulin. We provide complete training. BPC-157 can also be taken orally for gut-specific conditions. TB-500 is injectable only.
Can I use these alongside chiropractic or PRP?
Yes — and the combination is often more powerful. BPC-157/TB-500 work at the cellular and molecular level; PRP delivers growth factors directly to the site; chiropractic addresses the structural mechanics. Together they address tissue healing from multiple angles simultaneously.
