NAD+ Therapy
Precision signaling for healing, performance & longevity
NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme present in every living cell — essential for mitochondrial energy production (ATP synthesis), DNA repair, gene expression regulation, and the function of sirtuins (longevity proteins). NAD+ levels decline approximately 50% between ages 40 and 60, contributing significantly to age-related decline in energy, cognitive function, cellular repair capacity, and metabolic efficiency. Replenishing NAD+ via IV or IM delivery bypasses the inefficiency of oral precursors (NMN, NR) and delivers the coenzyme directly to cells at therapeutic concentrations.

How it works
NAD+ is infused intravenously over 1–3 hours, allowing direct cellular uptake throughout the body. Inside cells, NAD+ fuels the electron transport chain for ATP production, activates PARP enzymes that repair damaged DNA, and activates sirtuins (SIRT1–7) — the protein family responsible for cellular stress resistance, inflammation regulation, and metabolic optimization. NAD+ also plays a direct role in neurotransmitter synthesis, which is why cognitive clarity and mood improvement are commonly reported. IM NAD+ injections provide a more accessible option for maintenance between IV sessions.
Who is it for?
Chronic fatigue and low cellular energy; brain fog and cognitive decline; patients wanting evidence-based anti-aging and longevity support; athletes wanting faster recovery and mitochondrial optimization; patients recovering from addiction or substance use (NAD+ is used in addiction recovery protocols); those with neurodegenerative risk or neurological symptoms; anyone wanting cellular-level optimization.
Who is it not for?
Active cancer (NAD+ supports cellular repair broadly — discuss with oncologist); pregnancy; severe kidney disease. Note: IV NAD+ can cause temporary flushing, nausea, chest tightness, and cramping during infusion — rate is adjusted to minimize discomfort.
Session Time
1–3 hrs (IV); 15 min (IM injection)
Down Time
None — mild fatigue possible same day; most feel energized
Results?
Often during or immediately after infusion (cognitive clarity); sustained effects build over series
Peak Results
After series of 4–6 IV sessions
How long does it last?
4–8 weeks per session; maintained with regular infusions or IM injections
How many sessions?
Initial series: 4–6 IV sessions over 2–4 weeks; maintenance: monthly IV or weekly IM
How is IV NAD+ different from NMN or NR supplements?
NMN and NR are NAD+ precursors — the body must convert them to NAD+ after absorption, which is an inefficient process with variable conversion rates. IV NAD+ delivers the active coenzyme directly into the bloodstream for immediate cellular uptake at concentrations oral precursors cannot achieve. For patients with significant NAD+ depletion, IV delivery produces notably stronger and faster effects.
Will the infusion be uncomfortable?
IV NAD+ is known for producing temporary sensations during infusion — flushing, mild chest tightness, nausea, and muscle cramping are common and normal. These are not dangerous — they indicate the NAD+ is being actively taken up by cells. We infuse slowly and adjust the rate based on your comfort. Symptoms resolve quickly when the rate is reduced.
Can NAD+ help with brain fog?
Yes — this is one of the most consistently reported effects. NAD+ is essential for neurotransmitter synthesis and neuronal energy production. Many patients describe notable cognitive clarity, improved focus, and mental sharpness during or shortly after infusion. For patients with chronic brain fog, a series of sessions often produces sustained improvement.
