What is Acupuncture?

Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese medicine practice that involves the insertion of thin needles into specific points on the body. The goal of acupuncture is to stimulate these points to balance the flow of energy, or "qi," and promote the body's natural healing processes. It is commonly used to address various health conditions, including pain management, stress reduction, and the enhancement of overall well-being.
